Here at Hostono & Associates, we are always looking for dedicated professionals who enjoy working with people. If you can imagine how excited you will be when you receive a call telling you that there is money owed to you waiting to be collected, you have an idea of what we do. Understandably, our calls are often met with a lot of skepticism, so we are looking for people with good communication skills to help people understand that Hostono & Associates is a legitimate and trusted professional organization. After your first call, you’ll follow the authorization process and manage the claim process until it’s complete.

Cases can often take months and sometimes years to pay out. Throughout this process, you’ll stay in touch with individual customers, businesses, or nonprofits, answering questions and providing updates on the status of their claims. Experience in refund recovery is highly desirable, although we are willing to train qualified professionals from other fields. Most of our claim handlers work locally at our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA, but remote positions are available to highly qualified individuals.

In addition to claims management positions, we sometimes have administrative, research, private investigator, genealogist and information technology positions.
